I found a nice definition of "feminist utopian novel" in an essay by Sally Miller Gearhart, "Future Visions: Today's Politics: Feminist Utopias in Review" in Women in Search of Utopia: Mavericks and Mythmakers edited by Ruby Rohrlich and Elaine Hoffman Baruch, page 296. "A feminist utopian novel is one which a. contrasts the present with an envisioned idealized society (separated from the present by time or space), b. offers a comprehensive critique of present values/conditions, c. sees male institutions as a major cause of present social ills, and d. presents women not only as at least the equals of men but also as the sole arbiters of their reproductive functions."
For myself, I'm only considering for this page, works that present a society in which no sex is treated unjustly. No anti-male bias, no anti-woman bias, no anti-whatever-genders-there-are bias.
